The Beacon: supported by Perspex®

he Beacon is one of Clerkenwell Design Week’s most ambitious installations to date, standing 26 feet (8 meters) tall; the fiery colour pallet is made up of red and orange Perspex® acrylic panels that dominate the setting; contrasting against the natural rich greenery of the ‘Design Fields’ within Clerkenwell, UK.

Eclipse Light Sculpture

Eclipse’ is the first in a new collection of lighting sculpture by artist Jon Thomas. This piece was born from Jon’s fascination with repeating lines & translucency.

The contemporary sculpture features 6 edge lit blue disks, crafted from Perspex® Fluorescent Neptune Blue acrylic, and is held in position by solid brass. The sculpture is lit using state of the art low voltage LED’s cleverly hidden out of sight.
